Sr. Account Payable Specialist
The Sr. AP Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and entering all vendor invoices, preparing and posting vendor payments, setting up and maintaining vendor files, reconciling credit card transactions and managing the Accounts Payable e-mail inbox. This role will respond to vendor inquiries and will need to communicate with all departments to get invoice approvals and any back up needed to process invoices.
We are looking for someone that is analytical and is comfortable communicating with multiple departments and vendors. The Sr. AP specialist will be responsible for the full AP process from matching PO’s to processing AP payments. This role will report to the Senior Accountant and will work closely with the AP clerk to make sure that all AP tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the AP e-mail inbox for vendor invoices and inquiries
- Following up on invoice approvals and backup requests
- Reviewing and entering all service and PO invoices and credit memos
- Preparing and posting all payments, monitoring credit card transactions and setup and maintenance of vendor accounts.
- This role will also be responsible for managing recurring vendor invoices and payments.
- Month-end duties will include reconciling the credit card statements and preparing the AP accruals.

Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and ensures the smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the production of hair products at DeveloPlus Inc. The Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory
- Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
- Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution
- Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials
- Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies
- Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
- Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments

Key Account Sales Manager
Reports to VP of Sales
What will you do?
- Manage various accounts esp. grocery throughout the USA and the associated buyer relationships
- Develop sales plans including forecast, strategy and promotional plans
- Manage promotional budgets and allowances for each account
- Monitor competitive products, pricing, in-store activity, product launches etc.
- Provide sales reporting via store data tools and/or Neilson or IRI
- Identify and contact potential accounts for new item and business opportunities
- Develop and present sales presentations, data and new item recommendations
- Negotiate sales terms, skus, pricing, etc.
- Manage and input sku paperwork for new and existing items in account systems
- Review account web sites for full assortments, pricing and visuals
- Work events and tradeshows as necessary

Product Development Manager
Splat Rebellious Hair Color and Developlus, Inc. is looking for a Product Development Manager to be responsible for the conceptualization, initiation, development, evaluation, and follow-through for our prestige and emerging product lines. This growth position will focus on innovative hair care, bold hair color, and hair rejuvenation product development and formula reviews, as well as improvements to our product lines with our company’s core principles and mission in mind. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead existing and new product development ensuring development meets our company’s’ mission and commitments to performance, ethics, and safety
- Create testing program to review and ensure go to market efficacy
- Identify market/demographics/sales channels, create sales/revenue/P&L projections, distribution, research, etc.

Formulation Chemist
The Formulation Chemist at DeveloPlus, Inc. prepares and formulates lab batches under the supervision of the Senior Chemist. The Formulation Chemist participates in product development, developing hair color, shampoos and other consumer products and ensures our products meet all required regulations and safety standards. The Formulation Chemist at DeveloPlus reports directly to the R&D Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to conduct experiments and provide research results to the manger and the product development team.
- Ability to understand the formation of chemical bonds between substances, the properties of products used, or research into the development of new products.

GUIDELINES:
The Formulation Chemist at Developlus works in both the lab and on the compounding floor. The Formulation Chemist works within the lab to conduct experiments and proof of concepts of new products or current product improvements. The Formulation Chemist works with the compounding, customer service, production, and quality assurance staff to problem solve product and other issues relating to their expertise. They will also be responsible for documenting their work through reports and work orders to be reported to their supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability and experience in studying the composition and properties of materials used in the development of hair color and other hair care products.
- Constant attention to detail
- Aptitude for keeping documentation of entire research and development process and procedures. i.e.: measurement proportions, noting reactions, combining substances in search of new information or answers to new problems.
- Skilled in basic sciences and an emphasis in biochemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, or physical chemistry
- Strong analytical skills to be able to develop a full experiment from background research, hypothesis, experimental procedure, interpretation of the results, and effective reporting of the conclusion.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
