Women-Owned and Operated Company Adds Another Industry Leading Female to the Corporation
11/14/2019 – Developlus, leader in color and formula development based in Southern California, announces the recent fulfillment of a key leadership role effective immediately with the hiring of Jennifer Matthews, Vice President of Sales. Developlus is excited for this newest addition to the leadership team, upholding their reputation as a women-owned and operated company at the forefront of the beauty industry.
Jennifer has over 16 years of extensive experience in sales and market expansion from her previous roles at well renowned companies such as, L’OREAL, Unilever, and at her most recent position at Maesa Group. In her role as Vice President of Sales at Developlus, Jennifer will be responsible for heading the mass retail sales and beauty accounts, as well as developing new business and strengthening existing partnerships. Jennifer will be moving into this role, replacing the current Vice President of Sales, Ed Geopfert, who will be moving into an advisory role over the next month.
Prior to joining the Developlus team, Jennifer served 16 years under various titles at beauty conglomerate, L’OREAL. In her most recent role at L’OREAL, Jennifer oversaw sales managers and merchandisers located throughout the U.S. and Canada, demonstrating a strong performance in those regions resulting in the increase of sales. Her previous expertise in cultivating account partnerships and relationships, planning promotional opportunities, overseeing product innovation, and analyzing market research will play an imperative role in managing Developlus brand’s sales.
